Using acts of ordinary labor to illustrate biblical truth, just as Jesus did

In his Blue Collar Man Stuff videos, story-teller Ron Newton shows us how the labor of today’s blue-collar workers illustrates the same timeless Truth as Jesus the blue-collar man did. Jesus used farmers, sailors, and shepherds of old. Today, He might use welders, truck drivers, and factory workers. This modern-day application is what Blue Collar Man Stuff is all about — illustrations of faith shown to us by today’s ordinary workers. Watch this short Introductory Video (2:26) to see what we mean.

Celebrating ordinary labor in a way that ignites a spiritual purpose & passion for work

Blue Collar Man Stuff is a series of short videos and written resource materials that use acts of ordinary labor to illustrate biblical truth, much as Jesus did in spoken word. They are perfect for use in sermons, Bible studies, and a wide variety of ‘faith at work’ ministry applications.

More importantly, Ron’s story-telling helps ordinary workers discover God’s Truth.

Blue Collar Man Stuff exists to kindle a greater sense of spiritual purpose and passion for work in ordinary laborers. It also provides ministries a better way to reach the 60% of total U.S. workers (100M workers) that are typically overlooked or underserved by the faith community.

Conceived and produced by Ron Newton, the series leans on his extensive half-century ministry to blue-collar workers and the working class. Ron is the president of the Dallas-based non-profit ministry Integrity at Work — iWORK, the parent company of Blue Collar Man Stuff. He is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and the author of the award-winning book No Jerks On The Job.
